Shipping Policy
As we do not sell commercial products, traditional shipping does not apply. Our focus is on directly delivering social welfare services to the communities we serve.
What We Deliver
Books, sports equipment, relief kits, and documents donated to or purchased by the NGO are delivered directly to schools, shelters, and community centers through our volunteers and local transportation partners.
Digital Delivery
Receipts, certificates, reports, and other digital documents are sent via email or messaging platforms.
No Tracking Numbers
We do not provide logistics tracking numbers. However, delivery schedules can be shared upon request via phone or email.
